In 2003, he formed Digital Witness, LLC, a company dedicated to the development of software applications that enable businesses to utilize video surveillance technology to improve their management efficiencies. From 2003-2007 Mr. Hagar grew Digital Witness to over $13M in annual recurring revenues, prior to being acquired by Westec Interactive, Inc. in November of 2007.
